I received the parcel today, and I think I can hear a rattle inside the cube!
We do our best to properly package the product, but it can be damaged from severe impact. Contact our customer service center and we will take care of it ASAP.
I turned on the cube, and it is acting weird (stuttering, weird sound, can’t turn it off, frozen while booting). What do I do?
These symptoms are caused by low battery. Connect the enclosed charger and the cube will reboot (turns on, then off). Let it charge for at least 1 hour before using it again.
I purchased the package set, but I only received the products partially.
If you didn’t receive all the products you have purchased, or if there is a problem with the packaging, contact our customer service center and we will help you ASAP.
There’s some dust on the cube. I want to exchage it for another product.
We clean the product with disinfectants after final inspection, and it could leave some dust or traces. Wipe it with a damp cloth, and clean it gently! If you want to exchange your product for this kind of reason, you may have to pay for the shipping costs.
I’ve connected the cube to the charger for all day now, but the LED is still red. Does it take forver?
No. The CreaCube cannot be fully charged because of its mechanical structrue. Charging it for a few hours is enough.
How do you change to subtraction while doing addition?
While doing the addition, if you press and hold the subtraction button(red no.8) for more than 2 seconds, you can switch to subtraction. Or if you press and hold the red no.1 button for more than 2 seconds, the cube will be switched to standby mode(the mode when you first switch on the cube).
How do I listen to the times table songs?
Press the times table song button(red no.5), and the buttons 1, 2, and 3 will light up. 1 is the times table song, 2 is the five valley song, and 3 is the ten valley song.
Can I skip the 2 and 3 times table? They are too easy.
Yes, press all the buttons quickly to turn off the lights, and you can skip to the next level.
Can I repeat a level while playing the times table song?
If you want to listen to a certain level while playing the times table song or ten valley song, press and hold the corresponding red button for 2 seconds. For standby mode, press and hold no.1 button for 2 seconds.
I can’t connect it to the Wifi. / The voice message ‘can’t find Wifi connection’ is playing.
A: CreaCube only supports 2.4G Wifi. Check if your Wifi is 5G.
A: If you are using an iPhone, the app will only show the Wifi that your phone is currently connected to. Connect the phone to a 2.4G wifi before proceeding.
A: After following the previous steps, follow the instructions on the ‘CreaCub IoT Mode Connection Instruction’ on the back.
A: If the message plays saying that the connection has failed, check the following one by one.
1. Check if you have followed the instructions properly.
2. See step 6 of ‘CreaCub IoT Mode Connection Instruction.’ Check if you pressed the connection button before pressing the yellow no.3 button (IoT Mode).
3. If you have followed all the steps properly, repeat is 2-3 times. (It takes some time for the cube to set the Wifi ID and password.)
The cube keeps disconnecting while I’m using the CreaWorld.
Check if your ID is logged in elsewhere. Or check if you made multiple IDs that are the same. (The device number of the cube is linked to your ID. So you can only use the ID that you created most recently.)
When I try to log on CreaWorld, it says to use a normal approach.
Your account is not connected normally with the cube. Create your account again.
I’ve logged in, but the cube’s buttons are not working.
A: Press the settings button of CreaWorld and check if there is an X on the Wifi icon. If so, it means the cube is not connected to the Wifi. Turn on the cube, press and hold the yellow no.3 button to connect to the Wifi.
A: If this does not solve the problem, contact our customer service center.
The motion dectecting doesn’t seem to work properly.
A: Make sure the red numbers of the cube is facing towards you when you move.
A: The cube’s motion sensor detects slight movements, and you’ll need some practice. Decide your answer and try to minimize movements of the cube! You’ll get used to it soon.
